Journey to the Finals
From July 21st to 23rd, the Grand Finals of the first season of the Wild Rift League- Asia will take place in Beijing. After intense clashes in the regular season and playoffs, teams like J Team and KeepBest Gaming from the WRL CN, along with KT Rolster and Nigma Galaxy from the WRL APAC, will compete for the 1st season of Wild Rift League-Asia championship.
Teams from the WRL APAC will be on the offline stage for the first time, facing off against teams from the WRL CN. Fans can experience the unique charm of mobile esports.
Roadmap to Glory
The WRL A1 regular season ran from April 8th to June 11th, 2023, with 12 teams from the WRL CN and 8 teams from the WRL APAC competing fiercely. In the group stage, three Philippine teams participated, but only NAOS Esports and Nigma Galaxy advanced to the playoffs.
In the playoff stage that ran from June 20th to July 9th, 2023, Nigma Galaxy dominated the upper bracket in the playoffs, securing their spot in the finals.
The final stage of the WRL A1 Finals will span three action-packed days (July 21st – 23rd, 2023). On July 21st, the first day, the four teams in the finals will engage in six Bo1 point matches following a Single Round-Robin format.
The teams for the second day’s matches will be determined based on the accumulated points. The winners will secure a spot in the Grand Final, the runners-up will qualify for the Semifinal, and the remaining two teams will compete in the Quarterfinal matches. With one Bo3 and one Bo5 elimination match respectively, the victorious teams will advance to meet in the epic finals on the third day.
Finally, on July 23rd, the two teams that have triumphed through the rigorous selection process will clash in a Best of 7 showdown. This ultimate battle will determine the champion of WRL A1.
