Back in the day, we didn’t have mobile games like what we have now in 2023. Do you know what we had? Browser games with designs straight out of MS Paint and animation from Flash! And one indie developer stood out from the rest: Artix Entertainment and their legendary browser RPG, “AdventureQuest!” Now the game is getting a remastered version and it’s coming to PC and mobile!
Titled “AdventureQuests Worlds: Infinity,” the game will be a remastered version of “AQ Worlds.” the game will support cross-platform through Android, iOS, and PC via Steam. Existing “AQ Worlds” players will be able to log in to the newly remastered version and still maintain all their items or create a new one and start fresh.
Since this is a remaster, the whole “AQ Worlds: Infinity” storyline will be remastered and will feature thousands of items, over 200 classes, and will also support 60FPS. Additionally, all the monsters and pets will get the remastered treatment as well. Artix Entertainment also promised that the game will have “weekly-ish” updates and events. The “13 Lords of Chaos” will be retold giving new players the opportunity to experience what the original game offered while also giving veteran players a bit of nostalgia.
Those who are playing the browser version have no reason to worry as it will still continue to operate with weekly updates. Artix plans to make “AQ Worlds: Infinity” eventually catch up to the browser version so they can have the same “weekly update” content.
