EA And Marvel Teams Up To Make A Single-Player Iron Man Game

Marvel Games has recently announced that they are teaming up with Motive Studio for an all-new single-player third-person action-adventure Iron Man game. The game will feature an original story that taps into the rich history of Marvel’s famous superhero, channeling the complexity, charisma, and creative genius of Tony Stark, and enabling players to feel what it’s like to truly play Iron Man.

EA confirmed that this upcoming Iron Man game will be the first of several new games being developed around Marvel’s many superhero characters. This potentially confirms the rumors about an open-world Black Panther game, and additionally, a tease of what might come in the future. The team developing the game is being led by Olivier Proulx who was also involved in a previous superhero game, “Marvel’s Guardians Of The Galaxy” game. He’ll be joined by industry veterans Ian Frazier, Maëlenn Lumineau, and JF Poirier.

Marvel’s new Iron Man game is currently in the pre-production phase. More updates will follow as the game gets further in development. This new project marks a new collaboration between Marvel and Electronic Arts with more games to come in the future with a promise to deliver a game that fans will truly appreciate.
