Com2uS is holding a large-scale event to commemorate the first anniversary of the global launch of its summoning RPG, Summoners War: Chronicles
This event, which will be held until May 2nd to mark the 1st global anniversary of ‘Chronicles,’ will feature various activities, including minigames and a special dungeon. First, to commemorate the 1st anniversary, an event will be held where users can select and obtain one of six types of Light and Dark Monsters. The selectable Monsters are the Light Polar Queen, Monkey King, Oracle, Dark Mermaid, Magic Knight, and Hell Lady, as decided through user voting. Users can participate using the ‘Light and Dark Energy acquired from playing the game.
The minigame ‘Kota’s Great Adventure’ has also been added. It is a stage-based game where you defeat various creatures and bosses by manipulating a cute character ‘Kota’ rather than a Summoner or Monster, and you can earn various rewards depending on your progress. Additional rewards are given depending on the ranking, and a new vehicle, the Magictech Bike, can also be obtained through this minigame.
Additionally, the global 1st-anniversary dungeon and the commemorative field’ Festival Island’ have been added. You can enter the Global 1st Anniversary Dungeon by participating in the ‘For the Invention Contest Victory’ event and enjoy a total of 8 event dungeons with 5 difficulty levels. Upon clearing, you can obtain various items, including minigame tickets. At the ‘Festival Island’, which can be accessed through a portal in Casslan, you can enjoy creature hunting events, mining events, etc.
By performing missions and obtaining the event currency, ‘Magic Power Star,’ you can also obtain the ‘Magictech Gift Box,’ which allows you to obtain 5-star Devilmon, Rainbowmon, and Blessing Marbles, etc., A check-in event will also be held where you can obtain the Transcendence Scroll, Legendary Scroll, Light and Darkness Scroll, etc. A payback event will also be held until March 21st where you can get a portion of your crystals back when you use them during the event.
Additionally, the existing rupture, ‘Path of Oblivion,’ has been changed to a special rupture. Special ruptures can be entered three times a week, and a dungeon with hard difficulty called the ‘Great Elemental’s Shrine’ has also been added. You can enter the ‘Great Elemental’s Shrine’ after completing Act 9. Ch. 10 of the Rahil Kingdom Story and the special rupture, ‘Path of Oblivion.’ Several map devices are determined randomly in the ‘Great Elemental’s Shrine’, allowing you to enjoy the dungeon with different experiences each time. In addition, new transmogrifications have been added for the Fairy Queen and Pirate Captain.
A special collaboration was also announced to commemorate the global 1st anniversary. The collaboration will be prepared to be enjoyed for a total of 6 weeks through future updates.
