GAJA!Alice with Myrtle Sarrosa

GAJA!Alice collaborates with Myrtle Sarrosa, a full-time actress in the Philippines, a cosplayer, and a well-known influencer in the gaming industry globally — producing quality content for various PC, console, and mobile games. Myrtle has been diversely campaigning on how using the blockchain optimizes the earning capacity of gamers and gives more value to the in-game assets of those who play games.

“I started cosplaying when I was just 14 years old back in 2009. I was able to become a TV Celebrity because of cosplay and I hosted an anime cable channel called HeroTV. As an otaku and anime fan, I am hyped for the release of GAJA!Alice. – Myrtle”

GAJA!Alice asks Myrtle…

GAJA!Alice: What can you say about NFT in the Philippines? Can you see the potential and growth there?

Myrtle: NFT Gaming is huge in the Philippines. When I started streaming Blockchain Games in early 2021, I was shocked at how so much interest Filipinos had in NFT and Play & Earn Games. Back then it was an unknown concept to earn and play at the same time. But many Filipinos embraced it as we were all stuck at home during the pandemic and having the chance to have fun but at the same time truly owning the characters you play as it is encrypted into the blockchain was a fascinating thing. Shockingly one of my highest-viewed streams getting 14,000 live viewers in 2021 was because of an NFT game and just that is amazing at how many people loved playing games in Web3.

GAJA!Alice: Do you think Filipinos are adapting well with blockchain technology?

Myrtle: Definitely as one of the countries that have the highest MetaMask usage in 2021, I am confident that Filipinos with the skill to easily adapt to technology are one of the countries that will make an impact in the space.

GAJA!Alice: As a well-known PH influencer in the gaming and tech industry, what advice can you give your fellowmen who want to invest in NFTs?

Myrtle: We’re still at the beginning of this new advent of web technology. It’s a very exciting time to be in as we’re slowly evolving in the integrations of blockchain in things that we are interested in namely: art, gaming, anime, and manga. What I love about this is that through NFTs, we can own a piece of the things we love and potentially grow them more into value.

GAJA!Alice: Do you think GAJA!Alice has a potential in the Filipino market especially it caters a theme of Japanese Manga and Korean webtoon style?

Myrtle: As an otaku and anime fan, I am hyped for the release of GAJA!Alice. Many Filipinos grew up watching animes on television and having this opportunity to be owners of NFTs that cater to Japanese Manga and Korean Webtoon style Collectors is perfect for those who want to support their creators and at the same time actually own a piece of the art that we love. I personally can’t wait to own a GAJA!Alice NFT as digital art and also use in games.

Are you hyped for GAJA!Alice just like Myrtle?! There will be tons of things to do with GAJA!Alice IP in the future! All of these lead to holders being the true owners of their PFP! Additionally, Alice NFTs can be traded on Open Sea with Etherium as its project main net. GAJA!Alice aims to cater to the global audience that loves the aesthetics of Japanese manga, and Korean webtoon style fans alike!
