The recently released mobile ARPG Goddess Order (Global/English) has formally declared that it will no longer be receiving character and event updates. The developer studio PixelTribe and publisher Kakao Games attributed this sudden decision to operational and financial issues.
What Happened
The game’s roadmap has been canceled. It was originally planned to get a significant update on November 12 and more content on November 5. According to the studio, it is no longer able to provide maintenance or new content. Since the announcement, paid items have been suspended, and players who want refunds are referred to in-game support under the “Payment related” section.

Effect on the Players
This implies that no new characters, events, or system modifications will be added to the game while it is still playable in its current state. There won’t be any more development for players who spent money or time. Support for refunds is offered, but only through a manual inquiry procedure.

Context and Expectations
PixelTribe, the same team that created Crusaders Quest, created Goddess Order, a 2D side-scrolling tag-team ARPG. Pixel art graphics, multiple character classes (Swordsman, Archer, Spear, and Shooter), tag-team combat, PvP, collection systems, and more were all features of the game. The project seems to have reached a financial snag despite its recent worldwide debut and pre-registration excitement.
What Happens Next
Kakao Games and PixelTribe are now reportedly looking for a joint solution to keep the game running in its current state. No clear timeline or guarantee is offered. For now, players should expect a frozen version of the game, with support limited to refunds and basic server maintenance only.
