HoYoverse has officially announced that Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.6, titled “Back to Earth in Evernight”, will release on September 24, 2025. This major update introduces two powerful 5-star characters—Evernight and Dan Heng • Permansor Terrae—alongside new events, challenges, and story content.
Free 5-Star Character: Dan Heng • Permansor Terrae
Players at Trailblaze Level 3 or higher can claim Dan Heng • Permansor Terrae for free during Version 3.6. Wielding the power of Permanence, he grants shields, summons a Souldragon, and protects allies with debuff-cleansing support. His Ultimate enhances the Souldragon, allowing devastating follow-up attacks against all enemies.
Evernight Joins the Roster
Evernight, a mysterious 5-star Ice Remembrance character tied to March 7th’s forgotten past, debuts with a unique memosprite mechanic. Her partner “Evey” grows stronger as she accumulates Memoria, and both unleash massive AoE damage in the Darkest Riddle state.
New Content in Version 3.6
- Anomaly Arbitration: A brand-new high-difficulty mode with 3 trial stages and a final boss stage. Clear them to earn the new Interference Key and other rewards.
- Colorful Mayhem: A seasonal multiplayer event full of chaotic fun.

Expanding Storyline: Era Nova
The Amphoreus arc continues as Miss Evernight unveils her vision of Era Nova, diverging from the traditional path of salvation. Meanwhile, Dan Heng returns to Amphoreus, determined to reunite with the Astral Express crew and face new trials.
