Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is Getting An Animated Series

MOONTON Games is partnering with The Little Black Book Studios (TLBBS) and Base Media to bring Mobile Legends: Bang Bang’s Land of Dawn to animated life. This isn’t just travel—a premium partnership involving visual effects from the same team behind Ne Zha 2, Wish Dragon, and recent Marvel/Disney+ titles.

Industry Powerhouses Join Forces

Base Media’s Chris Bremble praised the creative synergy with MOONTON. Says Bremble: “It’s been an exciting journey working with the MOONTON Games team, seeing their story process and plans for the MLBB universe.” Ross Leo of TLBBS called it their “most ambitious project to date.” And Cherry Xia, Head of Publishing at MOONTON, confirmed this marks a major venture into new entertainment platforms

As of this writing, there is no official title, release date, or platforms announced for the series. Mobile titles rarely dive into high-end animation. This series joins the ranks of Honor of Kings: Destiny and the Free Fire anime—pioneers expanding MOBA franchises into narrative-rich media. MLBB’s huge player base (~1.5 billion users globally) suggests strong potential for crossover appeal beyond gamers.
