New Harassment Allegation Emerges at Activision Blizzard’s Lakeline Office

Another shocking claim has surfaced at Activision Blizzard, this time involving the Lakeline, Texas studio. A senior QA employee, Tyler Perez, publicly stated that he was harassed multiple times in a restroom at the Lakeline office by company leadership, and that no action was taken against the alleged perpetrators.

What’s the Claim?

Perez, who identifies himself as a Senior TRG QA staff member, posted on LinkedIn that the harassment occurred at the Lakeline studio and warned colleagues to “be careful.” He further claimed the company failed to intervene despite awareness of the incidents.

The Cycle Still Continues

This allegation adds to Activision Blizzard’s longstanding issues with workplace culture, including its 2021 lawsuit filed by the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) alleging sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.

The Lakeline claim raises fresh questions about whether earlier reforms have been effective, and whether smaller satellite offices are still experiencing unchecked misconduct. For employees, it highlights the ongoing risk, and for the company, the potential fallout in trust and reputation is significant.
