StudioBSide, the developer behind the hit game CounterSide, has officially opened global pre-registration for its latest project, StarSavior. This turn-based RPG puts players in the role of a Captain leading a party of “Saviors,” girls who possess the power of the stars. Set in a world where the stars are fading, players must embark on a “Journey” to inherit the legacy of the legendary Star Savior. The game features a blend of deep storytelling, anime-style illustrations, and high-quality 3D graphics that bring its cosmic setting to life.

Strategy and Cinematic Combat

The core of StarSavior lies in its strategic turn-based combat. Each Savior comes with unique traits and abilities, requiring players to build optimal parties to overcome difficult enemies. Battles are designed to be visually engaging, featuring cinematic skill animations that emphasize the unique powers of each character. Outside of combat, the game includes a training system where players forge bonds with their Saviors, a feature that influences their growth and unlocks personal story arcs for each character.

Global Launch and Pre-registration Rewards

While StarSavior launched in South Korea and Japan in late 2025, the global version is officially scheduled for release in March 2026. Global pre-registration opened on December 24, 2025, through the official website and mobile app stores. Players who sign up early can expect various in-game rewards at launch, which typically include premium currency and character growth materials. The game will be available as a free-to-play title on Android, iOS, and PC, with cross-platform support to ensure players can continue their journey on any device.
