Tencent Games has officially opened iOS pre-registration in China for its upcoming MMORPG, Roco Kingdom: World, developed by MoreFun Studio. First announced in 2022, the game entered beta testing in August 2024 before receiving its current name in December 2024.

Set in the magical Roco Kingdom universe, the game introduces players to adorable creatures called Rocos. As a freshman adventurer, you’ll form bonds with these companions, participate in battles, and embark on exciting quests. Based on the beloved Roco Kingdom IP—which began as a hit browser game in China—this new entry brings the franchise into a modern, open-world MMORPG format.

Players can look forward to diverse biomes, gliding across vast landscapes, and even riding on tamed Rocos. Footage shared from beta gameplay highlights a blend of Pokémon-style creature collecting with Genshin Impact-inspired exploration, making it a promising experience for fans of both genres.
