Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 PC Release Date Announced with Special Edition Extras

Sony has confirmed that Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will arrive on PC on January 30, 2025, available on Steam and the Epic Games Store. Developed by Insomniac Games and ported by Nixxes, the PC version will feature enhanced graphics and additional features tailored to various hardware configurations.

Both a standard and deluxe edition will be available at launch. Here’s a breakdown of what each edition includes:

Standard Edition:

Complete game
Latest updates since the PS5 release, including:
- 14 new suits
- New Game+ mode
- Ultimate levels
- Symbiote suit styles
- Time-of-day options
- Post-game achievements
- Action figure mode in photo mode
- Screen reader and audio descriptions

Deluxe Edition:

Includes everything in the standard edition
5 exclusive suits for Peter Parker
5 exclusive suits for Miles Morales
Early unlock for the Arachknight and Shadow-Spider suits
Early unlock for the Web Grabber gadget
5 additional skill points
Additional photo mode items

Enhanced Features and PC Performance

Nixxes’ Community Manager, Julian Huijbregts, expressed excitement for the continued collaboration with Insomniac Games. He noted that the PC port will include enhanced ray-tracing options to optimize performance for different setups, though full details on recommended specifications are still pending.
